OnePlus X price in Malaysia


The OnePlus X also known as OnePlus 2 Mini would be the next mid-range device that is going to hit the market soon. The device which is called as OnePlus E1001 in China would be support with Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of the operating system namely the Oxygen 3.0. The OxygenOS 3.0 that is made based on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow would provide the users with several customisation tweaks. The device is going to have a great resistance against water and dust due as it has received the IP67 certification. It is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor that clocked at up to 2.0Ghz alongside the 8MP front shooter camera and 13MP rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor. In addition, the 13MP camera would also bring numerous modes such as the Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) alongside the capabilities to record a 1,080p video. The rear camera would also feature an aperture of f/2.0 that is able to record 4K video too.


It is going to be packed in a metal frame body with the feature of the Side Touch technology that can be used by the users to open up any app or the app for the device camera. The result can be achieved through touch on the left-side of the device screen. As the device would be launched on the end of October 2015, the appearance of the device is still in doubt and it may or may not come with the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual-LED flash and a speaker grille at the bottom of the device. Whether the device sport a removable plastic back in order to change the colour via its features called as the Style Swap is still yet to be determined.


The device offers 5 inches of Full High Digital LCD display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 that would fit a 1920×1080 pixel resolution and provides 401 pixel per inch as well as an octa cores 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio X10 (MT67925T) SoC and 2GB RAM. As the Force Touch has been made famous recently by the iPhone, this device also does not want to stay behind as it also adds up the Synapstic’s Clear Force Technology to the deal. The device can be found in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB of built-in storage variant that can be expand with the MicroSD card. It also uses 2,450mAh non-removable Lithium Polymer battery. There are also a wide range of ports and feature can be found provided by the device such as a MT6630 wireless SoC, FM Radio, a 1.2W of front-facing speaker, USB Type-C connector, Quick Charge 2.0, Bluetooth 4.1, 4G LTE connectivity, an NFC chip, and an IR Blaster.


Price in Malaysia

At the moment One plus X has not been launched yet in Malaysia. Grey version of the phone cost around RM 1,300.00. We expect the phone to cost a bit more than the price.
