The service centre will be opens every day from 9:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening. During its launch, the company also make an announcement of various services that will be offered by its customer service centre. Apart from its usual services and repair under warranty, others services includes device clean up, free software upgrades, and password unlocking for the company’s existing customers who had trouble accessing their own devices. All OPPO’s existing customer will also receive a wide range of free life-time services when they visit any OPPO Customer Service Centre.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. William Fang said the expansion of service centres had been made to maintain and increase the company’s customer satisfaction. There are several report made by the company stating that their phone would increase in market more smoothly in the second quarter of the year. Currently, OPPO has sold more than 18.5 million phones in the last quarter and the company had been ranked number 4 by IDC for the first quarter of 2016.
